Indoor Coating Systems

ProCote indoor floor coating systems are available in five basic configurations. Each of these can then be modified to provide the optimum chemical and environmental resistance for your specific needs. ProCote I — A two-coat, chemical and abrasion resistant concrete floor coating system. This system carries a one year guarantee against peeling and wear through over approved substrates. Equivalent to three coats of conventionally applied materials. Available in solid color schemes. More

ProCote II — A multiple coat, impact, chemical and abrasive resistant floor coating system, ProCote II is topcoated for superior wear and chemical resistance. Equivalent to five coats of conventional materials. Features a two year guarantee against peeling and wear through over approved substrates. Available in solid and simulated terrazzo color schemes. More

ProCote 2000 — A series of High-Build, multi-coat, impact, chemical and abrasive resistant resin coating systems. Superior resistance to heavy impact and prolonged chemical exposure. Five year guarantee against delamination and wear through over approved substrates. Equivalent to ten coats of conventional materials. More

ProCote Infinity — A multiple coat application of high solids resin, loaded with a quartz aggregate and textured to suit any desired finish requirements. Includes a ten year guarantee against delamination and wear through to approved substrates. ProCote Infinity floors actually harden to become stronger than the concrete underneath. More

ProCote UltraLife — A four coat application of high solids resin, loaded with a vinyl flake and textured to suit any desired finish requirements. Includes a ten year guarantee against delamination and wear through to approved substrates. Equal to ten coats of conventional material. More

Outdoor Product Systems

Outdoor applications are also available. Walkways, display porches and common areas can be resurfaced and enhanced utilizing one of our Aqua-Terra systems. An acrylic / portland blend topping specifically designed as a resurfacer for badly pitted, spalled and weathered concrete, Aqua-Terra can be sculpted to meet almost any design criteria. Aqua-Terra offers chemical and stain resistance, while waterproof and slip resistant for wet conditions. These systems include a five year warranty against delamination and wear through over approved substrates. Custom colorations are available per your specifications. Aqua-Terra may also be used as a design enhancement material for certain indoor applications.
