Our factory-trained crews are with you every step of the way offering not only professionalism and courtesy, but also assuring that the job gets done right! Installation crews are available 24 hours a day, including weekends. A 20,000 square foot floor area can be prepared, installed, and ready for traffic by 6:00 a.m. Monday, provided we start by 4:00 p.m. the preceding Friday.
Unlike many of our competitors, ProCote does not use any outside labor. You can rest assured that your coating will be applied by only ProCote personnel. While this practice is somewhat less convenient than using temporary help and subcontractors we feel that it insures a degree of expertise and competency that would otherwise be unachievable. We realize that purchasing a floor coating is a big decision, and we refuse to violate our client’s trust by allowing sub-standard work to be performed under our name.
As the nation’s premier coating provider we firmly believe in standing behind the work that we do. It is with this in mind that we warranty every coating and topping application that we perform for as long as ten full years. Our warranty program stipulates that should our coating fail within the coverage period for that particular product we will make the appropriate repairs at no cost to you.
To further maintain our position as a full service coatings provider we also offer a "Ten Year Recoat Guarantee". This is a standard component of each coating and topping application as well, guaranteeing that we will perform recoating services at a reduced cost to you for an extended period of time from the original date of installation. This means that we will coat over our existing material without the inconvenience and expense of a coating removal and complete reinstallation. Should you elect to make use of this program we will also renew your original warranty with each recoat. This means that your floor can remain under a perpetual warranty without ever having to pay the full price of a new coating again! Best of all you can be certain that ProCote will be there to honor these obligations given our already proven track record and longevity in the field.
